Welcome to the Southeast Region 5 Comprehensive Center

The Southeast Region 5 Comprehensive Center (SER5CC) works closely with education leaders of states and districts in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia to address their educational priorities. The SER5CC assists state and local leaders in developing and implementing practical solutions that help schools improve teaching and learning. Some of our projects in 2026, include supporting SEAs and/or LEAs with:

• Development of Statewide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Leadership Development for Districts, Schools, and School Boards
